What is the Best Work at Home Job Online?

My opinion on this is backed up by the fact that I am actually doing it, and I am earning more in the process than I ever have in any regular job I've ever done. I also get more time off (at the time of writing I have taken on less work so I can watch Wimbledon!) and my life is my own.

So what is this online work that gives you all this and more?

The answer is writing for websites. Most of what I do is ghostwriting: that is, writing articles for websites and for other people that end up being published under their name instead of my own.

But the work is plentiful, and there is plenty of cash out there to be earned if you have the determination and perseverance to keep on looking and succeed. Make no mistake, you will have to work to achieve your dream of becoming self employed and earning more doing that than you would in employment, but it is well worth it.

There are plenty of websites that have a wealth of copywriting and ghostwriting jobs listed; you can choose from lots of sites that involve bidding on various jobs to win them, or classified ad sites that are used by various people and companies to advertise online writing jobs of all kinds.

Stick with what you know to begin with; over time you will become more proficient at writing quickly and writing well, and you can tackle more advanced subjects at that point. But don't go beyond your comfort zone too soon. If you are going to bid for writing jobs you should start by offering a fairly low bid until you get your first few jobs under your belt. Once you have a track record you can charge more for your work.

It took me just six months from the point of starting to look for online freelance writing jobs to being able to go full time as a writer. I had to do it in the end because I had too much work to fit in around my regular job! Needless to say I don't regret it.
